Wallace "Wally" William Swartz

Wallace “Wally” William Swartz, 74, of Cassopolis, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026.

His life began September 20, 1951 in Niles, the fourth of six children born to John and Mary Ann Swartz.

Wally married Charlene Knight November 11, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Wally will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his son, Sonny (Veronica) Swartz of Niles; two grandsons, Luke Swartz and Logan Swartz; one granddaughter, Pearl Swartz; two step-sons, Chad (Trisha) Knight of Niles and Brad Knight of Cassopolis; his sisters and brother-in-law; and best friend Wayne (Debbie) Young.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and his brother, John, “John John”.

The family will observe a private remembrance.

Wally will be laid to rest in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
