Steven James Robinson

Steven James Robinson, 43, of Dowagiac, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 4, 2025 in the comfort of his own home.

His life began April 25, 1982 in Dowagiac, Michigan, the first of three children born to Steven and Deborah Williams. Steve loved watching ESPN faithfully every day and spending time with his nieces, nephew, and grands.

Steve will be greatly missed by family and friends.  He is survived by survived by his long-time girlfriend, Jamie Whited; two daughters, Averiana Rohrer, Kemery Richards; one son, Josh Richards; five grandchildren Zion, Bradley Jo, Zayden, Remi, and – coming soon - Princess 2.0; two brothers, Jonathan (Brittney) Robinson, William Robinson; two nieces, Makayla Robinson, Matilynn Wright; one nephew, Daontay Martz as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Wayne Robinson and his mother, Deborah Louise Williams.

 Family and friends will gather Friday, September 26, 2025, from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. for his service in Wagner Family Funerals Connelly Chapel, 202 North Broadway Street, Cassopolis.
