Paige Nicole “Elizabeth” Butcher, 40, of Cassopolis, died Monday, April 6, 2026 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Her life began June 25, 1985 in Blytheville, Arkansas born to Todd Sr. and Stacey Vaughn. She married Lance Butcher May 9, 2002 in Cassopolis, Michigan.
Paige was a loving mother and grandmother. She adored her first grandson Benny and would spend as much time with him as she could. Paige found the love of her life in Lance. In any situation, her daughters were her first thought. Paige was self-less, putting everyone else before her. She had a devotion to God and her faith led her through her life. Paige was taken from us too soon by cancer. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion that touched all who knew her.
Paige will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Lance Butcher of Cassopolis; three daughters, Taylor Butcher, Bethany Butcher, Lacey Butcher, all of Cassopolis; one grandson, Benny Lopez; two brothers, Todd Vaughn, Adrian Vaughn and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; and close friends and parental figures, Bobby (Reggie) Stevens. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Family and friends will gather Thursday April 9, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her service at 12:00 noon. in Wagner Family Funerals Connelly Chapel, 202 North Broadway Street, Cassopolis. Paige will be laid to rest in Calvin Township Cemetery.
