Nancy Lorraine Parsons

Nancy Lorraine  Parsons, 87, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Wednesday, 11, 2024 in the comfort of her family’s presence.

Her life began March 19, 1937 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the only child of Redd and Lorraine Hartman.  She married Charles Lee Parsons Sr., who preceded her in death May 28, 1992.

Nancy could often be found canning, gardening, and doing yard work. She was accomplished in crocheting and enjoyed keeping her hands busy. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family, sharing many special times with her son Charles and her grand-daughter Shelby. Nancy will be remembered as a loyal friend, a loving, wife, mother and grandmother.

Nancy will be greatly missed by family and friends.  She is survived by four sons, Charles Lee Parsons, Jr., Terry Hartman, Jerry Hartman, Lenny Hartman; one daughter, Billie Joe. Hartman; one granddaughter, Shelby Lee McNeil and a host of nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.

 She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles Lee Parsons, Sr.

Family and friends will gather Monday, December 23, 2024 1:00p.m. for her service in the New Chapel at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, 61453 M-51, Sumnerville Michigan, where Nancy will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
