Marlene Short Obituary

Marlene K. Short, 73, of Berrien Springs, died peacefully Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Her life began March 15, 1951. She married Jimmie Wayne Short December 29, 1989. After almost twenty-three years of marriage, he preceded her in death in 2012.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Tabitha Russel; one son, Daniel Hartley; eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one grandson, David Short.

Ruth will be laid to rest near her husband in Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
