Leonard Joseph Pavilanis, Sr., 92, of Cassopolis, died Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

His life began December 25, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois, the youngest of seven children born to Joseph and Amelia Pavilanis.

Leonard is survived by two grandchildren, Adam Pavilanis and Angela Gorecki; two great grandchildren; one daughter-in-law Terri Pavilanis and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his only child, Leonard Joseph “Joe” Pavilanis, Jr.; three sisters; and three brothers.

Mr. Pavilanis will be laid to rest in Calvin Center Cemetery in Calvin Township, Michigan.
