Leon Marshall Edinger, 92, of Tucson, Arizona, but raised in Three Oaks, Michigan, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 5, 2023 in the presence of his family.
Leon’s life began January 23, 1931, in Galien, Michigan, the fifth of six children born to Adam and Myrle (Morley) Edinger. He was married to Imogene Johnson on November 28, 1991. She survives.
Leon worked for Buchanan Steel, in Buchanan, Michigan, for several years, before moving to Tucson, Arizona.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-two years, Imogene Edinger; daughter, Pamela Edinger Schultz of Benton Harbor; brother, Ward Edinger of Wooster, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Timothy Edinger; sister, Barbara Moore Malchow; brothers, Edward Edinger, Herbert Edinger, Lawrence Edinger.
The family prefers contributions in memory of Leon be made to Hansen Care Park, 4382 Cleveland Avenue, Stevensville, Michigan 49090.
