Frank Eversole

Frank Eversole, 83, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in the comfort of his family’s presence. 

His life began May 1, 1940 in Clay County, Kentucky, the sixth of ten children born to George and Rosie Eversole.  He married Rosa May January 21, 1972 in Manchester, Kentucky.

Frank served honorably in the U.S. Army.

Frank will be greatly missed by family and friends.  He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Rosa Eversole; one daughter, Michele (Thomas) Brady; two sons, Charlie (Tina) Smith, David (Caitlin) Eversole; three grandchildren, Joshua Brady, Olivia Eversole, Micah Eversole; one brother, William Eversole; and three sisters-in-law, Marietta Eversole, Gracie Eversole, Mary Eversole, and and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five sisters, Katherine Ruby Smith, Laura Abrams, Irene Kelley, Clida Couch, Ethel Farris; and three brothers, Billy Ray Eversole, Bobby Eversole, Charles Eversole. 

Family and friends will gather Sunday July 2, 2023 in Old Ark House of Prayer, 1304 Sublimity Road, Barbourville, Kentucky beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be Monday, July 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the church with visitation beginning one hour earlier.  Mr. Eversole will be laid to rest in Eversole Cemetery.
