E. Kay Lapham

E. Kay Lapham, 70, of Marcellus, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, October 25, 2024, in the comfort of her family’s presence.

Her life began August 11, 1954, in Niles, Michigan, the youngest child of eight, born to Lincoln and Flora Freshour.  She married Roy D. Lapham October 25, 1980, in Dowagiac, Michigan.

Kay will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Roy Lapham of Marcellus; son, Daniel Berry of Nappanee, Indiana; granddaughters, Bailey Berry of Mississippi, Morgan Berry of Indianapolis, Indiana; sisters, Louise, Christine, Anna Sue, Pat; brothers, David, Jimmy; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Ruby and Betty.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Kay’s life at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Trinity Bible Church, 397 Elm Street, Marcellus.
